Twin D Inc. is a family-owned pipeline maintenance contractor founded in 1991 by brothers Dave and Mark Denny. With 50+ years of combined experience in the wastewater industry, The Denny Family is committed to providing top-quality service to their clients.

Specializing in rotational maintenance plans for waste and storm water systems, Twin D serves clients in Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming. Their comprehensive services provide efficient solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Located in Layton, UT, Twin D has established itself as a trusted provider in the region. With a team of 30-35 employees and state-of-the-art equipment, Twin D leads the industry in pipeline maintenance.

Twin D is involved in a number of organizations, including the National Association of Sewer Service Companies (N.A.S.S.C.O.), the Water Environment Federation (W.E.F.), the Utah Rural Water Association, the Wyoming Association of Rural Water, the Idaho Rural Water Association, and the Water Environment Association of Utah (W.E.A.U.).

OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM

Dave P. Denny
President, Co-founder

Dave attended Ricks College from 1981 – 1982 with a major in “Automotive – Small Business Management”. After attending Ricks College, Dave worked as an Auto Mechanic until June 1987, when he started with Brigham City Corporation. He worked for Brigham City as a wastewater plant maintenance coordinator, plant operator and collection system operator. He left Brigham City in 1991 to start Twin D.

Nate M. Denny
VP Operations
Nate received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Western Governor University in 2017. He began his work with Twin D in 2005 as a Vac Truck and Video Inspection operator and is a PACP Certified CCTV Operator. He has gained an understanding of the management and organization of Twin D from his years of service.
Aaron D. Denny
VP Finance
Aaron received a bachelor degree in 2009 from Weber State University in Accounting and later finished a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) in 2012. He started a career in banking in 2004 with Wells Fargo Bank where he held positions such as teller, personal banker, government banker, and business relationship manager. He left Wells Fargo in 2015 to work with his family at Twin D.
Carol Thacker
Office Manager

Carol attended BYU from 1981 – 1983 where she studied English, with several classes in accounting and finances. She has worked as an editor, in new accounts for a stock brokerage, in medical billing and transcription and came to Twin D from diversified benefits where she compiled benefit comparisons. Carol has been with Twin D since 2004 where she handles our contract administration, accounts payable/receivable and DOT Compliance.
